North Tarrant Church Summer Food Drive

Sunday - June 09
Before or After the Service

Participating in the food drive is a simple way for you to make a difference in our community.

Food insecurity is a real issue for many. Jeff and Hannah Groft have seen this first hand during their time serving at The Community Table in North Richland Hills. During our Be Rich projects in 2017, Jeff and Hannah were introduced to The Community Table, and have been volunteering there weekly ever since. During their time, they've been on the front lines of helping families in need put food in their pantries.

This Sunday, June 09, we have a chance to ensure that The Community Table has plenty of groceries on hand to assist families in need during the long summer months.

Here’s how you can help:

  • Beans (All Types) Dry Goods

  • Rice, Flavored Rice, Flavored Pasta, Macaroni and Cheese

  • Peanut Butter

  • Canned Goods (Potatoes, Spinach, Collards, Beets, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Yams, Mixed Veggies)

  • Tomato Products (Tomato Paste, Pasta Sauce, Tomato Sauce)

Our goal: 6 pounds of food per person!

Can’t make it to the food drive? Don’t have time to shop? You can make a financial donation. The Community Table will use your donation to purchase the items they need the most.
