What is
Camp 60?

Popsicles, sunshine, neighbors, crazy games & dance parties – all taking place in your front yard! Camp 60 is the week where our church will come to your front yard and lead 60 minute camps for your kiddos. Camp 60 is a great way to engage with our community and an awesome opportunity to invite friends and neighbors to be a part of something that is tons of fun!

Parents are encouraged to stay during the 60 minutes, as this is an incredible time to hang with other parents and get to take part in the fun!

When and Where does
Camp 60 occur?

Camp 60 happens in the front yards of different families around the community. There are 4 different homes around the area that will be hosting Camp 60. Each camp will begin at 6:30 pm and last roughly 60 minutes.

Closer to Camp 60, you'll be able to find a map of all camps here.

What is Summerfest?

We go all out for Summerfest. Why? Because we believe church should be fun and we love celebrating Camp 60! Free food, tons of activities, and more — all happening right here at North Tarrant Church!

Summerfest is our completely free, invite a friend, party that are hosting after church on July 28. No need to participate in Camp 60 to show up, but you’ll definitely regret it if you don’t!

How can I help?

There are multiple ways you can be a part of Camp 60 this year:

  • Be on the CAMP TEAM: Our camp teams put on camp 60 for kids all around our community. They lead out through games, music, sketches, and more.

  • Be a HOST HOME: When you sign up to be a host home, you’re committing to opening up your front or back yard for a 60-minute camp each day July 22nd-25th.
The best part is that being a host home is really quite simple. All you need to do is invite your neighbors, provide a snack, and attend one of our trainings!

  • Be a DRIVER: When you sign up to be a driver, you’re committing to driving our Camp Team the week of Camp 60 (July 22nd-25th). Your roll as a driver will involve you being available from 4 pm - 8 pm. Being a driver is one of the most significant ways you can serve at North Tarrant. Not only will you get to bond with your Camp team, but you also will get to experience first-hand all of the incredible stories of lifechange that take place throughout the week.

  • Provide SNACKS: Provide snacks for our Camp 60 Camp Teams and for the host homes and their kids.
